Brief Description:  IBBS Connector; Breakers; Power Leads

Made up pins for connections to IBBS DB conector and installed back-shell.to complete connector P-IBBS

Cleaned up wire bundles and added tie-wraps as temporary bundles (to be replaced with waxed floss ties in future).

Completed make up of the 2 circuit breaker panels, using #10 wire for connecting between rows.

Made up the avionics breaker socket. Soldered the wires to the socket "pins" after crimping them, as I didn't like the simple crimps provided with the relay socket. Confirmed the pin connections using a 12 volt power supply and an ohm meter to confirm the relay wiring. Attached the socket to the back of the center breaker panel and connected the avionics power leads from the relay to the appropriate circuit breakers on the panel.

Set the main panel with LRUs on top of the wiring harness, and pulled the wire bundles into place, with the connectors inserted into the LRU sockets. The wire bundles may be a little long, but I prefer longer service loops to ones that are too short to easily work with for future maintenance.

Installed crimp termination rings onto the power wires currently run to each breaker panel. There are still a number of wires that will need to come from wiring already installed in the aircraft.
