Brief Description:  Preparing Panel for Wiring

Cleaned up space on the dining room table to wire the panel and construct wiring harnesses.

Screwed the LRUs to the panel trays as fitted in the shop a week or so ago.

Began installing circuit breakers in the panel and quickly discovered that two holes for larger breakers (40 Amp Standby Alternator and 30 Amp AV Bus breaker) were too small. Removed the installed breakers in order to take them to the shop and enlarge the holes.

Checked all the other holes and cut outs in the panel for correct size. Found that the holes for the lighting dimmer pots are too small and will need to be enlarged. Also will need to enlarge the holes for the seat heater switches. Will do this in the shop next week as well.

Developed a list of several questions regarding panel installation and wiring to ask Jason Smith (Aerotronics) via phone call. Left a phone message asking him to call back.
