Brief Description:  Filtered Air Box

Riveted the filtered air box together. Used LP4-3 rivets for the lower part of the throttle bump in as couldn't get to these to squeeze them and didn't want to damage the fiberglass by driving the rivets. Since these are non-structural rivets, it shouldn't be a problem.

Cut the foam block using the band saw to fit into the air intake, with several iterations to make it fit. Glued it in place using a small amount of "Icing" since I don't have any Bondo and this should work the same way.

Re-installed the bottom and top cowl. The bottom fit solidly against the foam block so should be easy to contour. This wss the first time the top cowl was put in place since attaching the baffle seal material. Had to reach in with a length of flat aluminum in a couple of places to push the seal material into the right direction. While it was stiff at first, it fit together properly in the end.

Stopped work early to go flying since it was the first nice afternoon in several weeks.
