Brief Description:  Baffle Trimming

After making the six CB-1003D baffle clips, spent the entire day trimming the baffles. The instructions statement that it will take several iterations is very optimistic!

Started by trimming the side baffles a few times. Then found that the top cowl was hanging up on something in the front left preventing it from seating in the front. Tried trimming the front center baffles, which helped, but didn't solve the problem. Determined that the top inlet ramps installed into the top cowl were interfering with the front baffles. Tried trimming them several times. Then found the left inlet ramp was interfering with the governor control cable bracket mounted to the governor due to the need for the cable to come over the top of the engine due the the air conditioner compressor.

After spending about 6.5 hours on this, I gave up for the day in frustration!
