Drilled the side hinge rivet holes on the left side of the bottom cowl.
Removed the hinge halves from both sides of the bottom cowl and deburred them. Re-installed the hinge halves to the bottom cowl with clecoes and maching countersunk both sides of the bottom cowl.
Roughed up the side hinges (both top and bottom) with red Scotch Brite pad and then cleaned them with alcohol. Painted all hinge halves with etching primer using a rattle can.
