Brief Description:  Alternator Install & Baffles

Installed the primary 60 amp alternator onto the engine. Everything appears to fit well using the B&C provided mounting parts.

Started to work on mounting the air conditioner compressor to the engine, but the mounting studs on the pad just below the prop governor were not provided with the engine. Checked with Bill Genevro (Airflow Systems) who recommeded obtaining the studs rather than using hex bolts. Checked with Van's who claim that since they don't provide A/C system kits, they no nothing of these missing studs. Will need to purchase them from Lycoming.

Installed the #6 riv-nuts to the right side bottom fuselage skin for attachment of the main gear instersection fairing.

Began work on the engine baffles. Cut and trimmed the Baffle Stiffeners. Drilled and cut the cylinder 6 aft baffle and riveted the 4" Flanged Duct to the baffle.
