Brief Description:  Windscreen Fairing Final Shape & Top Coat

Sanded down the epoxy-micro coat to final shape using 60 grit, then 80, then 120 grit. Removed to top layer of electrical tape and sanded with 150 grit. Wiped down with alcohol.

Prepared epoxy with enough micro to thicken it to light syrup consistency, and painted it onto the fairing using a chip brush, painting it from the electrical tape on the windscreen to the 20 mil PVC tape on the aluminum top skin. Watched it and wiped the sags on the lower PVC tape several times until it started to cure and firm up so that it no longer sagged/dripped.

Masked the lower inside of the left rear window and touched up the damaged paint on the fiberglass flange just below the window with light gray paint.
