Brief Description:  Glued Plexiglass

Glued all of the plexiglass windows and windscreen into place.

Started by finishing the masking of the fiberglass areas around the area to be glued.
Using Lord adhesive, started with the windows in the doors. Glued them on the work bench and then used duct tape to hold them firmly in place until the cement cures.

Next glued the rear windows into the fiberglass cabin top. Again, held the plexiglass in place using duct tape.

Finished up with the windscreen. After setting it into the adhesive, used clips to secure the lower edges to the forward top skin of the fuselage. Then secured clips to the front bottom edges on either side of the wood block that I taped to the top forward skin to keep the windscreen from sliding out of position while I trimmed it and glued it. After installing these clips, removed the wood block. Then install the last 2 clips in between the clips on the lower back edges and the front middle. I will fabricate a couple more clips later and attach one in the center of the lower windscreen edge.
