Spent about 5 hours sanding the UV Smooth Prime applied Friday to the interior of the doors. Applying the Smooth Prime with a roller was a mistake as it didn't go on in a uniform thickness and so required extensive sanding. Spraying it would have been a better choice.
After sanding the door inside, masked off the outside of the doors.
Applied Icing filler to the areas where the cabin top is joined to the fuselage around the doors, in order to smooth out the epoxy filets which are rough. Likely due to the high temperatures, the filler was very liquid making it more difficult to apply to the vertical areas, and the filler then quickly flashed so it took 3 mixes per side in order to cover the areas. Then began sanding the filler. Will finish the sanding tomorrow.
