Brief Description:  Right Wing Tip; Re-installed Left Rear Seat Floor

Sanded the epoxy-micro filler on the right wing tip to create a smooth surface where the insert was added for the landing/taxi lights.

Added one layer of fiberglass to the inside of the right wing tip in order to stiffen it. Used 4" glass tape and installed 3 layers in the top and 3 layers in the bottom of the wing tip. Re-installed the wing tip onto the wing with clecos to allow the epoxy to dry so that it fits properly. (Read several cases of wing tips being deformed by people leaning on them resulting in cracked paint, with a recommendation to add fiberglass to the inside to stiffen them up as a defense against this.)

With the left rear seat floor clecoed in place, I layed down the wires from the panel onto the terminal block installed for connecting nav/strobe/landing/taxi lights and installed ring PIDG terminals onto the wires and terminated them.

Riveted the left rear seat floor back into place now that the Air Conditioner hoses are in place and the power wires have all been installed to the tail cone on the left side. Left an empty conduit installed from just in front of the rear seat back to the tail cone for future use.

Labeled a few more wires and changed one set of labels as the G3X wiring for light dimmers (PCM) has the power run to the lights and then returns to ground through the G3X. So used one of the spare wires to carry power to all the cabin overhead lights.
