Brief Description:  Prep for Electrical, A/C Prep

Installed multiple cushion clamps and wire routing support devices per the OP-37 plans.

Installed the clamping ring for the A/C dryer into the evaporator fiberglass shelf. Had to enlarge the hole for the dryer cut yesterday as with the clamping ring in place the dryer hung up on the end cap weld.
Had to trim the clamping ring so as not to interfere with the holes for the hoses to/from the dryer.
Lined up the clamping ring and drilled 3 #40 cleco holes into the clamp ring flange in the top of the fiberglass shelf. Roughed up the flange and corresponding area on the fiberglass shelf.
Bonded the clamping ring to the shelf using epoxy with Cab-O-Sil mixed to a thick paste, applied to the ring flange and then held in place by the clecos.

Smoothed the edges of the overhead console that were epoxyed to the cabin top yesterday with micro balloons by using 80 grit sandpaper and then a random orbit sander with 150 grit paper.
