Brief Description: Installed Gas Strut Attach Doublers
Fitted the gas strut attach doublers C-1002C into each door inner skin by flattening them slightly and bevelling the top and bottom edges. Match drilled the holes from the doublers into the door skins.
Attached the doublers to the inner door skins using epoxy resin with Cab-O-Sil.
Drilled holes for the 2 air conditioner hose firewall bulkheads, cleaned up the holes and test fitted the bulkheads. Need larger wrenches than I have at the shop to install them permanently. Will use Pro-Seal with the final install.
