Brief Description: Static Port Tubing; Brake/Rudder Pedals
Installed tie-wrap mounts to the bulkhead for securing the static air tubing in the tail cone. Installed these mounts using a CS-4 pop-rivet driven through the counter sunk hole in the center of the pad, along with the adhesive backing that comes standard with the pad. (Previous non-aircraft experience has demonstrated that the standard adhesive comes loose over time in hot conditions.)
Ran the tubing along the bulkhead to the T installed yesterday. Then ran the tubing previously installed under the baggage floor with the conduits along the J-stiffener to the bulkhead and then to the tubing T.
Installed the brake pedals to the rudder pedals and installed a master brake cylinder between each brake pedal and the associated rudder pedal.
