Brief Description: Installed Roll Servo Mount & Wing Wiring
Installed Garmin mounting bracket for G3X auto pilot roll servo in right wing.
Developed wiring requirements and rudimentary wiring diagram for navigation lights with strobes, landing lights, pitot/AOA heat, auto pilot roll servo, and aileron trim servo. Intent is to identify all wiring required in the wings and get wires in place before riveting the bottom skin and closing up the QB wings.
Installed wires in the left wing for the Garmin pitot/AOA heater. Installed wiring in the right wing for the Van's Aileron Trim servo, including for connection to the G3X roll servo. Ran trim servo position sensor wires as well, although not sure if they are utilized when installed with the G3X auto pilot. Installed wiring in the right wing for the Garmin G3X roll servo for the auto pilot.
Left the shop early in order to pick up 20 AWG wire that is required for the AeroSun VX landing lights, although I haven't decided if these are the lights I will use.
