Brief Description: Began fiberglass work on empennage fairings

Inserted closed cell foam into horiz. stabilizer tips with fiberglass cloth and West System epoxy resin per plans, clecoing them in place to cure. Continued to review plan steps for wings against QB wings, and completing small items not finished.
