Cut stiffeners, debur, dimple Dimple rudder skins (2) Back-rivet stiffeners to skins Rivet ribs to skins Rivet shear clips to stiffeners Join stiffeners and shear clips using blind rivets Crease the skins over the counter balance weight, drill, debur, dimple and secure with flat head bolts and nuts. Skins "pillowed" over center of weight, so drill additional hole in center between the weight bolts, debur, dimple, and secure with blind rivet (CS4-4) Glued trailing edge with structural adhesive and cleco to aluminum angle to hold straight while curing.
