With the UHMW fixed to all necessary parts the relavant parts were re-assembled into the various devices all reinstalled in the cabin and on the deck.
A problempicked up earlier was the 'kinked' engine control cables, I spent time considering then designing a solution until finally a suitable bracket was fabricated, assembled then installed on the previous sub panel flange location - this resolved the issue completely.
Also started cutting and fitting plastic edging to the sharp edges all over the fuselage particularly the front and firewall which had cut me seriously a number of time in the past few days work in those areas.
