Brief Description:  bought supplies to bleed brakes

Spent the morning out sourcing supplies which included materials to make the designed system for proper bleeding of the very frustrating brakes. Having been advised on the necessity to actually apply this method to both sides of the dual system I went about making up the simple yet effective system utilizing a soda bottle filled with hydro fluid into which an 'outflow' line was inserted, made up of 5 mm irrigation hose and matching fittings including a tap, couplings, clamps and nozzles. This line fed directly into the caliper bleed valve by fitting over the nipple and had a tap installed in the line close to the nipple to close off the flow after pumping. Into the top of the bottlle was fitted a larger hose connected to s simple hand/bicycle pump putting out aprox. 6-8psi.

With all air pushed out the system, the end of the line was fitted and clamped to the nipple with the tap closed, and with an airtight system assured the pump was 'pumped' pushing the fluid in the bottle down through the line with the opened tap and up into the system, this was continued until I could see fluid and bubbles rising out of the piece of tubing and standard fitting screwed into the reservoir and emptying into a cotainer. Many pumps and many attempts were necessary to force out all the bubbles on both the right and then the left system.

Although I let the brakes settle after all visible air was gone, after pumping the brake pedals at the master cylinders a whole string of bubbles again became evident and it was clear the process needed to be repeated on either side a number of times with occasional pedal pumping to loosen the trapped bubbles (trapped in the cylinders)
