Brief Description:  Interior design, cotter pin, interior painting

started prepping the interior parts and covers etc that needed topuch up or final coats for a finished cabin, laid the parts out for paint, some needing primer and most requiring touch up. Started with the raw parts and primed them 2 coats then mixed up some final coat silver and touched up the scratches and uunpainted parts. Continued some work on the interior design with drawings for 3 options to do to choose from all based on the standard Van's patterns and sets and matching the exterior design concept of yellow trim on white with silver or grey accents. Spent the last bit of the day drilling the remaining(left) axle for the wheelnut cotter pin, hit a snag in that I somehow drilled the exiting hole off -to deep!! Had to remove the wheel and 'ream' or 'slot' the hole to line up with the tightened wheelnut. Another problem encountered yesterday was the breaking of the brake calliper drilled-head bolt from over torquing (although I torqued to spec as instructed ??), this bolt sheared completely leaving the threaded end in the bottom brake pad which had to be removed and the bolt drilled out then re-tapped and reinstalled in -place, went well and I am happy with the result although I will replace the standard AN4-15 with the drilled head bolt arriving Monday.
