Brief Description: right wing riveting, skins - surface prep
Continued riveting the right wing skin on the underside today, the wing is in the cradle still but I am having a desperately difficult time reaching the rivets on this wing being right-handed. I altered the riveting sequence somewhat from what I had for the left wing - as suggested to me by other builders, to button down those that I could reach comfortably - coming back for the difficult, less critical rivets later.
I did as many as I can on the wing standing up and will enlist the help of a second set of hands next week to hopefully get this done quickly so the wing can go be painted. I spent a lot of time filling, prepping, rubbing and sanding the surfacs (underside) too, which I had previously done after the rivets were all pounded on the left wing but since I can't go on I did what I could on it now and will fill what needs filling on the last rivets when they are completed.
