Continued the laborious sanding, rubbing and finish of the wing skin surface and got a good finish with some holes and dents re filled for a good overall result.
Cut some more 3/8 x 3/8" strip stock for the wing tip reinforcing on a jig I set up on the drill press, Started laying out the strips and marked the layout on tips. Initially stuck the strips down with CA glue but this was not nearly a strong enough bond to keep the bowed strips in place under the tension of the curves.
Cut around 4 meters of 50mm strips of cloth from the medium weight glass for the layup.
