Brief Description:  Prep and prime of LW skin, cut conduit, sourced to

Having prepped and rubbed and readied the LW skin and with primer in hand I hung up and then primed the inside surface of the skin, I first primed all the rivet lines and then a second light coat, and then a third sealing coat.

I managed to find the mushroom head tool I was looking for in one a fellow builder has offered in return for the part I had to order from abroad, delighted at this gentleman's offer which includes flying the tool to my airfield tomorrow! This means no delay and I can get stuck right in and finish up all the rivet work in the next few days.

Having primed the skin I reinstalled it on the wing with clecos and adjusted with the dimpler or countersink tool all mating holes that were fitting properly. With cleco's in place the skin has installed beautifully and is ready for riveting, if all works out I can begin the riveting tomorrow but before then am riveting the access hatch platenuts in place on the skin whilst in place on the wing.
