Brief Description: R wing tip work, workshop clean up
Continued work on the Right wing tip today focusing on completing the light (landing lamp and position/nav) assemblies which by the book/supplemental drawings meant making up and installing heat shielding to the insides where the lamps are fitted to prevent heat damage to the fiberglass.
Also spent the afternoon clearing, cleaning and sorting the workshop which included putting a lot of the fuselage fittings and parts in place back on the fuselage and off the shelfs, racks and floor in cleaning but also to sort and take stock as I start preparing to send the wings to paint and continue work on finishing the rest of the airplane.
I am doing a little bit of riveting on the still unfinished right wing every day as I finalize that wing and it's tip.
