Brief Description: Match drilling and fit adjustments
having succsefully fitted the tip on the left wing I removed it to install the tip stiffener rib - although I decided not to install these previously, I found that the tip could not be properly fitted and drilled without it so after some trimming I glued it in place in the leading edge half of the tipand in from the edge about 25mm all round.
with the rib bonded in place I fitted the tip on the wing again and began final trimming to match-drill and per the instructions began match-drilling with a #40 from the leading edge, alternating top and bottom and checking fit an alignment after each hole...working towards the trailing edge.
Very happy with the fit and alignment at this stage.
