Brief Description:  Right wing continued - repair of snapped conduit..

During the weekend - which is always when this crap happens - the conduit setup I had installed under the now partially riveted skin had snapped, come apart at the intersection join - over the servo box - and pulled almost right out. For one thing I had stretched it too tight between end ribs becvause besides pulling apart at the tee, there was also a rip about a third of the way from the end of the conduit...another problem was that the rib holes were not big enough and with sharp edges were cutting into the taught pipe of thin plastic.

SO...I had to try get access to the damaged pipe and join from under the riveted skin which proved impossible so once again I had to drill out the rivets I had already set (3 bays in from the tip and one from the root plus a length of rivets set along the rrear spar at the flaphinge.

Started drilling out these rivets as carefully as possible although I am now a pro at this after having drilled out so many :p

Witht he first bays free I started enlarging the rib holes with the dremel to give the conduit sufficient room even in movement and flexing. I had to be careful not to over-enlarge it and weaken the rib so I took it to around 30mm for each hole bu hand.
