Brief Description:  Finalized and prep RHS wing for buttoning up

with the skin of the LHS wing needing replacing all work on that wing has come to a halt, atleast until out parts and hardware get here and now my focus has shifted to the RHS wing which is on a tabletop and a lot easier to work, also the tank cap and vent plumbing etc, and the wingtip are all finalized on the RHS wing so it is actually the most complete.

To further finalize the wing and before I close it up forever with the skin, I started finalizing everything internally in this wing starting with the installation of the conduit for all the electrical wiring. This requires a hole drilled in ever rib, at the same location - taking into account that the conduit has to run clear of all moving parts and assemblies and installations - first a pilot hole drilled with the 12 inch 1/8 bit and then an extremely complicated and difficult task of drilling to 25mm final size because of the inaccessability of the inboard ribs under the skin.

The drilled holes were deburred and edged and the conduit run through. The open end at the tip rib is sleeved by protective pipe and was tightly secured via an Adel clamp fixed to a bracket I installed on the rib. The conduit is then fed through each rib towards the root and pulled tight then secured.
