Brief Description:  Static sytem complete redo

Having moved the ports and connections of the static system bacl one station to bulkhead F-708 and considering the experience of others who had problems with the line being snagged or becoming brittle because it was exposed to the sun and completely open and because it looked bad in it's standard routing along the longeron I devised a better system based on a very succssesful builder's routing that would hide the line completely through the cabin.

What this meant was removing the current line completely and drilling out a few of the clips - only those that ran inside the cabin - the system was left almost as it was from the ports and bulkhead installation secured by the original clips but was routed down through to the rudder cable by an extra clip and penetrated the bulheads and structures about an inch above the rudder cable with snap bushings.

This routing took it behind the baggage area wall covers and under the arm rest which is being covered by cladding, at the spar point it is routed upto the top longeron behind the center post cover and exits at the vent asembly at the panel location but remains under the curled longeron until it re-emerges in the pedal area behind the deck structure awaiting final hook up when the avionics are installed.

I also fived the ports by again drilling and adding a thin washer under the rivet head to create the perfect domed head for the airflow on the skin since there have been thousands of complaints of the static system failing due to laminar flow on the skin and other factors like paint layers and numbers affecting airflow. This solution completely solved that problem and assures accurate functioning of the head in any condition.
