Brief Description:  Aft cabin skin fitted and drilled to the cabin fra

The aft deck skin fitted, trimmed and match-drilled to the corresponding cabin frame holes, front pair of holes tapped for 8/32 and rear holes drilled for AN3 bolts, the fabricated shims drilled and recessed to fit over bolt heads and screwed in place by the #10 skin retaining screws. Tnhe screw holes countersunk and tinman washers used to retain structural integrity. Massive problem encountered when the screw and then tap twisted right off halfway into the last hole..left hand upper hole is now obstructed by the screw which I could not as yet remove.
Possible solution is to remove the cabin frame assembly to get access and turn thwe screw out since drilling and tapping it out did not work - a full day's drama with these holes and assembly.
