We needed to get the wing to fit properly. Things were off by just enough to make it hard to get the wing pins in. Using the lipstick trick to mark the surfaces, a little triming was done on the stub spars. Finall we need to sand off a little on the nylon blocks that hold the end of the spars in place. After that, the pins went in smoothly. Happy campers all around.
With the plane in the full desert sun, the metal got hot enough that they were using gloves. Its not a problem we have had before.
