I began working on mounting the VPX module. I am thinking that under the instrument panel is a good place.
I decided that I should put the seats in and see if that location would interfer with my legs. That meant putting in the floors which haven't been in for years....
I immediatedly had problems. The main cable assembly interfers with the ailerons. Bad Idea... (Figure 1) I had kept the cables up high. In reviewing the Vans electrical plans, I found that they want them low. So, I started rework...
Figure 2 shows the wire re-routed down low. I did the same thing on the right side to the smaller bundle.
