I am starting to think about the registration process.
I read the Flight Testing book to get an idea about the first flights. It was really a great help. I now understand the process. It is designed to minimize risk. Unlike my fantasy of just taking off, doing a few maneuvers and returning, the program is going to be boring. But in testing, boring is good.
If I really am going to fly in May, I need to get an N-Number
I started the process by requesting two N-Numbers to be pre-assigned to me. I will probably start registration after the first of the year to make it a 2012 model.
