I temporarilly pop riveted the reinforcement strips to the bulkhead flanges as suggested in the manual. I then stretched the skin over the bulkheads and match-drilled them. This process went better than I had expected.
From there, I moved on to assembling the instrument sub-panel. I prepped and primed the pieces and went on to assemble them. They are ready to match-drill to the baggage area skin.
