I clecoed up the parts and match drilled. Then I put the floor assemblies into the fuselage. This required removal of the rear baggage floor, which was temporarily pop riveted in place for shipping. I then match drilled the floor skins to the fuselage.
The rear floors are designed to be pop-riveted in place. We decided to go with plate nuts to allow removal for upgrades in the future. This will require a slight modification to the floor to all them to fit in with the stiffeners attached. We are notching out the floor to get around the bulkheads. This will leave a small gap in the floor. We will put a plate over the gap.
