I began final trimming of the front baffles to the cowling. This involved installing and removing the cowling a dozen times. While it is pretty easy, each cycle takes 10-15 minutes. Install, mark, removed, cut a little. Repeat until the cowl closes. Then I had to repeat the paperclip trick to mark the final cut to leave 3/8" gap for engine movement.
The right forward finished baffles are ready to rivet. Great fit.
