I made four different prototypes before getting the "Final" and ultimate prop control bracket.
This one has a small cutout to prevent chafing against the injector fuel line. I modified the angle a little to lower the bracket as much as possible. The control cable will project upwards slightly, but should clear the cowling with plenty of room to spare. The bends will be gentle. I connected the control and experimented with various bends to make sure that there is no un-due resistance. The cable works smoothly grasping it between fingers. In the final installation, it will have a 4x mechanical advantage from the control lever.
There is lots of room and it appears that all interference issues have been solved.
I have some sheet aluminimum coming next week and will fire up the CNC mill to cut the actual part.
