Brief Description: Yet another prototype prop control bracket

On a roll. With the snorkel mounted, fitting the prop control bracket was pretty simply. I made a quick prototype from thin aluminum. I have a couple of minor refinements to make the to bracket, but am ready to make a real part. This will work.
