I used the bellcrank alignment gage to adjust the aileron position. While I made the aileron pushrods very accurately, I had to extend them about 1/8" to get the alignment correct. I unscrewed the rod end bearings 3-4 turns at each end of the push rod. I then torqued all bolts to the final torque value.
I also mounted the flaps. I continue to be concerned about the interference fit, but it does appear to be built to plans. We may want to make some final adjustment (bend) to reduce interference. We will defer this until the wings are mounted.
