Marking and cutting the left wing light was a lot simpler, having done one.
I quickly marked the layout and started cutting. I used a different procedure using the Unibit to make a ring of holes around the desired opening. From there, I quickly popped out the center waste. From there, I cleaned up the hole with the nibbler. Then I used a bastard file to get the material to the line. A quick touch up with the ScotchBrite wheels finished up the opening. Tomorrow I will rivet the plate nuts in place.
I drilled and dimpled the plate nut holes and finished up with a little primer touchup.
The remainder of the assembly will be deferred until the wings are attached.
