Brief Description: Mount Trim hinge, machine countersink
Mounted the trim hinge. The drawings are not too clear about the dimension for setback of the hinge from the LE of trim. I used the centerline of the hinge area for the drill line. This left the hinge with about .010" clearance from the skin to insure no binding.
Machine countersinked the spar. To get enough room to accept the skin, the hole in the spar enlarged slightly. This is filled by the dimple of the skin, however. The hinge also acts as a doubler to back up the spar.
Dimpled the lower side of the spar as it does not have the hinge to back it up.
