We decided to build a positive pressure paint booth. We want something big enough for now to handle the cabin portion of the fuselage. We came up with a modular design which can be extended to paint the entire aircraft or shrunk to handle painting small parts.
It took us all day to buy parts, finalize the design and build the panels. We got 3 of the 5 panels covered today. We will cover the other two tomrorrow and then put the booth to work repainting the interior.
It came out to be a 'gold plated' paint booth.. It should work well for the life of this project.
