Brief Description:  Joining Wings

We moved the airframe to Charles garage to mate the wings.

The process is kind of daunting: screw up and you have to replace both the wings and the fuselage. We measured twice, then measured again. High school trig came in handy in making sure things were square. We updated the instructions a bit by using a laser pointer to assure that the leading edges were aligned. Pretty simple stuff. After all the moving overhead, the actual work was pretty fast - maybe an hour. But we backed off and measured again. So we maybe took three hours to make the critical alignment and drill the holes.
