Brief Description: Re Fabrication of Bell Crank Mount
I was off for four days working and at Flight Safety getting current in the twin, losing a little momentum.
I got started by making the servo/bell crank mount from angle stock. I used a piece of aluminum to match drill the rivet holes to match the original parts. This should work well.
I did the usual deburring and painting, but defered installation until it is cooler. The fuselage is pretty hot to start with and it has been in the 90's lately, very hot for Tahoe.
