Brief Description: Adjust bracket

I used the abrasive wheel to increase the radius around the governor shaft by about .040. The bracket is nice and snug. Unfortunately, the orientation simply won't work. The cable bend is too sharp and there is too much going on in that area. I can either fabricate one that rotates 30 degrees aft (25 is better), try coming in from the top, or change to a McCauley prop governor... Time to think
