I decided how to make the floor removable. Trimming the floor at the F-806 bulkhead allows them to be inserted by bowing fore to aft instead of lengthwize as Vans designed. This leaves a little hole in the flooring at the F806 bulkhead, which will be covered with a small plate secured by the same screws securing the floor.
I trimmed the flooring and did a couple of quick installs. Works well, but could use a little more trimming. I also had to split the F-833 Rear Seat Hinge to allow mounting of part of it on the left rear floor and some on the right rear floor.
I marked up the skins to help Charles take over this weekend while I am gone.
