The "Crowfoot Extensions" arrived allowing me to torque down the fuel pickup tube.
The Anti-Rotation Bracket didn't line up with the pre-drilled holes. I ended up putting a rivet through the pre-drilled hole in the cover plate and drilled new holes for the anti-rotation bracket.
The final step was to put tank seal on everything. This needs to set up for a few days before installing the fuel level sensors.
