I spent a bit of time trying to sort out the Service Bulletin and the drawings. It turns out that the SB uses a different technique than the new kit. Confusing matters, the kit ships with both the old anti-rotation bracket and the new one. The old bracket required safety wiring; the new one is much more positive, riveting the assembly in place.
I decided that I didn't have the correct tools to torque down the fuel fittings, so I decided to defer assembly until I get a Crowfoot Flare Nut Wrench Extension. (Never heard of that before).
I moved on to working on the fuel level senders. I formed the floats per print. One sender package didn't have the required gasket. I ordered parts and deferred installation till later.
