With all the material prepped, I started riveting parts together. I then tried to attach the HID controller to the frame. Although I followed directions, the part does not fit correctly to allow connectors to be attached. I had to move the electronics unit to the outboard rib, delaying completion.
I completed rough assembly of the landing lights. Installtion of the bulbs, wiring and installation of the lense will be done after the wings are mated to the fuselage.
