The pushrods are finally ready for assembly. I touched up the primer and then started assembly. The rodends had been marked before priming, but the primer solvents removed the marks. It was quite an ordeal to figure out which which end went with which pushrod. Since they are an interference fit, it was difficult to insert and remove the rod ends. After an hour or so, I sorted it out and got the alignment correct.
After getting proper orientation, the riveting process was quite straightforward.
Next, I fabricated the spacer bushings for the bellcrank. The pushrods are ready for assembly to the bell cranks.
