I contemplated how best to drill the 6 end holes in the pushrods for quite a while. I ended up making a template to divide the circumference into 6 sections. I then used an X-Y vice on the drill press to clamp and align the pushrod. After drilling the first hole, I inserted a rivet to prevent the rod ends from moving.
The alignment looks good, but is not perfect. I marked each rodend to the pushrod to assure that they assemble in the same order.
I generally prepped the parts for priming. I still have to finish up drilling the W818 aileron pushrods. They look simpler than the W816s.
