I got the reamer tool yesterday. It is .375". The holes were already larger than that - I needed something like .385. I ended up "finessing" the reamer to get the bushings to slide freely. The bolts serving as the axle were .250". I had to drill out the inner holes of the bushing to match. The .250" drill didn't quite leave enough clearance. I didn't want to use the 17/64 drill - that woudl have given about .016" oversize - more than I needed. So again, finessed.
The bearings fit quite well - there is free rotation, but no play.
